What Is a Future Move-In?
Instead of simply reserving a unit, tenants can now select a move-in date up to two weeks in advance and complete the full rental process ahead of time.
That means tenants can:
- Choose their desired move-in date
- Complete the rental agreement online
- Make payment in advance
- Secure the unit immediately
- Finish all required setup before moving day
Then, on the scheduled move-in date, the tenant automatically receives their confirmation email along with gate access instructions, lock information, and move-in details.
Everything is already prepared and ready to go.
