Though I am greatly saddened at the loss of Jeff, the original owner, I am very pleased with the service I have received from Alex and his staff. Each time I call to pay my bill, I've met with friendly and courteous personnel. When I needed help getting into my unit after losing my key, there was no problem getting the old lock off and a new to replace it.
