“Alrighty. Both Alex and Jordan are great to work with. First contact was with Alex who helped me set up the rental of not one but 3 units all at once. I hesitated to open the 3rd unit as it was in a differently accessible area of the same facility and would likely be the last needed unit to be used. While filling the first 2 units, I noticed more newly available units in the same first two buildings. I called and spoke with Alex regarding the sizes of the now open for rental units. Y'all he hooked me right up ! I was able to exchange the unopened unit for a replacement unit in the same building as one I already had a unit in. Cool Beans, RIGHT!!! Secondly, when I received my first invoice (after original set-up), I discovered a couple of things which I had questions about. I called and Jordan answered. He was so thorough in clarifying and correcting a couple of things. I inquired as to the current up-fit of the facility, again... he hooked me right up with access codes and more clarity on future improvements. Jeepers,... this move has been arduous but not because of Alex or Jordan. Suffice it to say... I would have normally said "Good help (moving) is hard to find". Alex and Jordan proved that wrong. Their customer service skills, demeanor, professionalism and ethics far exceeded my ongoing experience while journeying through this move. Thanks Fellas. You rank top notch with me. I will definitely recommend MAX VAULT STORAGE for any one's storage facility needs..”
