“The website says it is open 24 hours, but signs on the property says the property closes at 10pm. After confirming the operating hours with the owner, it was confirmed at 24 hours. One night, around 1am, I was approached by an older man when I was gathering some of my property from the unit, claimed to be an employee, threatening me about having my locker locked to prevent my access and other threats because I was there after 10pm. When I moved in, the unit was very filthy. I experienced a serious pest infestation (fire ants, mice, spiders). The door was difficult to close and lock because the locking mechanism doesn't line up correctly (off by about 1/2 inch). Although I did have some problems, I would consider returning if the need arises..”
