How to Find Us

We are on New Berlin Road in the New Berlin area of north Jacksonville, just off I-295 near the Dames Point bridge approach and close to the Nassau County line.

That puts us within easy reach of North New Berlin, Oceanway, San Mateo, Eastport, Jamestown and Chandlers Crossing, and close to the newer neighborhoods off the Yellow Bluff Road corridor including Victoria Lakes, Eagles Hammock, Seaton Creek and Tidewater. We are minutes from Blount Island and the JAXPORT terminals, a straightforward stop for anyone driving in from Yulee or Fernandina Beach, and about fifteen minutes from Jacksonville International Airport and River City Marketplace.

Gate access runs 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week. The site is remotely managed, so there is no staffed office, and everything from renting to paying to getting your access code happens online or by phone. A member of our team is on site several times a week to check and maintain the property.

Storage Solutions

We offer four types of storage, which is more choice than most facilities in north Jacksonville:

• Climate controlled interior units, reached from inside the building
• Interior non-climate controlled units, also indoors, at a lower rate
• Drive-up units, where you park at the door and load straight in
• Drive-up climate controlled units, combining temperature protection with drive-up loading

Sizes run from 5x10 through 10x10, 10x15 and 10x20, up to a 26x40. All units have roll-up doors and interior lighting. Select units offer 120V power outlets and extra tall ceilings for taller loads. Every rental is month to month, and a free lock is included at move-in.

Business, Warehouse and Office Space

The Business Center in our name is not decoration. Alongside commercial storage we offer warehouse space up to 80 x 125 feet and commercial office spaces, which is a different proposition from renting a large storage unit.

For contractors, that means tools, materials and equipment stored somewhere you can drive right to the door, with extra tall clearance available in select units. For businesses, it means inventory, seasonal stock or records held on flexible month-to-month terms rather than a commercial lease. Power outlets in select units mean the space can be worked in, not just stored in.

Our position on New Berlin Road puts us minutes from Blount Island and the JAXPORT terminals, which makes us a practical base for operators, carriers and trades working the port and the surrounding industrial corridor.

Vehicle, RV and Boat Parking

We have outdoor parking spaces on paved surfaces, including 12 x 23 and 12 x 26 sizes, inside the fenced and camera-monitored property. These suit boats, trailers and additional vehicles.

Security and Access

Every tenant gets a personalized gate access code, so entries are tied to an account rather than a shared PIN. The property is fully fenced, covered by 24-hour security cameras, and lit throughout by exterior LED lighting, with lights inside the units as well.
